1. Complete, sign and return the Application Form together with your Executive Summary including your company background, CEO biography and contact details and return either by fax to (852) 2664-2481 or scanned copy by email to sparc@hkstp.org and you will be contacted for further arrangement in project submission.

2. Project submission in the form of power-point presentation should follow the outline below:

• Project Title
• Stage of Research and Development
• Technology/Services Description (anything unique about your project?)
• Intellectual Property (patents, know-how)
• Business Model (what you do)
• Financial/Sales Projections (if you have or plan to have in the near future)
• Funding Plan (how much has been raised today, amount of funding sought, how the funding will be used, additional funding required)
• Management Team (their relevant experience and education)
